Purpose

This fully automated End-of-Line (EOL) testing system was specifically developed for the high-precision functional testing of a 11kW On-Board Chargers (OBC). Designed for integration into conveyor-based production lines.

This equipment supports seamless in-line operation, with automated DUT (Device Under Test) handling, electrical and pneumatic interfacing, and software-controlled testing sequences. It performs a wide range of diagnostic procedures, including power measurement, communication protocol validation (e.g., CAN), barcode verification, and functional tests using an integrated set of high-end instruments.

It is fully equipped for integration with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), enabling real-time data exchange between the test station and the central production control infrastructure.
