SMP-Box
1900 €

Rack mount box for fitting system components. The box can host 1 control card (position is fixed at first slot) and 15 MUX cards. The box has active cooling, provided by two fixed fans. The box has three backplane rails, one of them is by default the control rail.

The box can be fitted into a standard 19” rack. It requires 4U height. Should be fixed horizontally, proper air circulation on the back has to be ensured.

LF Multiplexer REED
1000 €

This card is intended for multi channel, low frequency, low current signal multiplexing and distribution. On the front there is a DSUB9 type connector which is the input side of the multiplexer. It has four inputs, A, B, C and D. The signal arriving into these pins can be multiplexed to the output connector DSUB62. The board is capable of connecting one input to multiple outputs simultaneously. The switch type is reed relay on this board, so both current directions are allowed. The board can be reconfigured with jumpers to make 2x 1:30 or 1x 1:60 multiplexer configuration.

One such example could be, that a DMM + and - is connected to input A and input C and the board is configured to be a 2x 1:30 multiplexer. This way the DMM can be multiplexed to 30 different points (outputs). For more flexibility each input can be tied to 5 different signals on the back plane.

HF Multiplexer
1000 €

This card is intended to multiplex one RF input to 8 different outputs. The board is designed for high frequency small signal measurements. On the front there are 9 MXC type connectors to accommodate this functionality.

The board is designed in a tree structure, so only one output can be active at a time. This approach is advantageous in RF signalling, because this way we can minimize the reflections and impedance mismatch in our test system.

The signal path can be used in both directions, so it is possible to use the card as an eighth input one output multiplexer. This configuration may be used when multiplexing oscilloscope inputs onto more test points.

RLC Multiplexer
800 €

This card is intended to multiplex LCR meter signals up to 300kHz from the backplane to the front panel’s eight port. The ports are organised into a four to four pairing so in total sixteen measurements may be taken between four point pairs of interest. The structure facilitates symmetrical measurements so that no additional wiring is needed to flip the polarity of the test voltage on any DUT.

The signal path can be used in both directions, so it is possible to use the card as a 2x4 input two output multiplexer. This configuration may be used when multiplexing oscilloscope inputs onto more test points.

LF Multiplexer SSR
800 €

This card is intended for multi channel, low frequency, low current signal multiplexing and distribution.

On the front there is a DSUB9 type connector which is the input side of the multiplexer. It has four inputs, A, B, C and D. The signal arriving into these pins can be multiplexed to the output connector DSUB62. The board is capable of connecting one input to multiple outputs simultaneously. The switch type is a solid state relay on this board, so both current directions are allowed. The board can be reconfigured with jumpers to make 4x 1:15 or 2x 1:30 or 1x 1:60 multiplexer configuration. This board can be swapped with an SMP_LFMUX_V2p0.

One such example could be, that a DMM + and - is connected to input A and input C and the board is configured to be a 2x 1:30 multiplexer. This way the DMM can be multiplexed to 30 different points (outputs). For more flexibility each input can be tied to 5 different signals on the back plane.
