High-Voltage Dielectric Strength Test System for PCB Electrical Safety

Purpose

This HV tester is a state-of-the-art high-voltage test system designed for the automated electrical safety testing of printed circuit boards (PCBs). It ensures compliance with international safety standards by performing three critical test types: ground bond testing, hipot (dielectric withstand) testing, and insulation resistance measurement.

Engineered for industrial electronics and PCB manufacturers, this HV tester features a LabVIEW-based user interface that enables fully automated test sequences using product-specific configuration files. With support for up to 75 different product types, the system offers scalable testing capabilities across diverse production lines.

All test results are automatically exported in CSV format and to an SQL database, ensuring complete data traceability, compliance documentation, and long-term archiving.
